He made a pact with Mordaunt to get Excalibur.

He is a skilled swords man and can shimmer from place to place.

Killed by Piper with the sword, Excalibur.
DARKLIGHTERS - Episode 1.21
Darklighters are the evil version of whitelighters
They are incapable of love but seduce innocent women. Their goal is to create evil through reproduction.

Powers
Darklighters yield a bow and arrow. If the arrow strikes a whitelighter, the poison is fatal.
They can transport from one place to another in black orbs.
Like Whitelighters can sense where their charges are, Darklighters can sense where their victims are. Leo cloaked his charge Daisy to prevent her from being found by a Darklighter.
When they choose, darklighters have the touch of death.

Vanquish
Killed by Prue. She cast a spell to switch their powers so she could use his touch of death against him.

What's mine is yours, what yours is mine,
Let our powers cross the line.
I offer up this gift to share,
Switch our powers through the air."

Then as she was killing him, she said the spell again to regain her power.
DEMONATRIX - Episode 6.19
Elite demon assasins who served Vincent AKA Mr. Wrong.

Powers
They are VERY strong, as demonstrated when one Demonatrix threw a car salesman through the air.
To kill, they use throwing stars - sharp, star shaped weapons.

Vanquish
In this episode, Piper and Prue could read each others mind after a spell went wrong, so they used it to their advantage and managed to make the collectors zap each other out of existance.
DEMON KIDS - Episode 3.10


Powers
They have normal demonic powers, but they just look like normal, innocent children which makes them even more dangerous.

Vanquish
They can only be vanquished by The Nothing - a cloud like creature. An 'Ice Cream Man' lures them into an 'Ice Cream Truck', which is where The Nothing resides.
DEVLIN - Episode 4.08
A warlock who used the ring of inspiration to capture muses in hope of becoming the next source.

Powers
He can teleport by blinking.

Vanquish
Evil is a faithful foe,
But good does battle best.

Waste the warlocks evil zest,
DORIS - Episode 5.14
Doris is Cronyn's partner and she posed as the wife of the sister's Dad, Victor, to get to Piper's baby. She eventually stabbed Victor so the path was clear for stealing Piper's baby.

Powers
We don't know what powers Doris had because in this episode, magic had disappeared.

Vanquish
As Magic had disappeared, the sisters used scratchings from a unicorn horn because unicorns are the essense of pure magic. Doris was vanquished with this unicorn powder and this spell:

Give my words power to soar
And kill this evil ever more.
DRAZI - Episode 2.10
Cupid's enemy.

Powers
When Drazi stole cupids ring, he used it to destroy relationships that Cupid has created in order to destroy love. Also, when he had Cupids ring on, he was invincible, because the charmed ones melted him with a vanquishing potion, but he reformed.

This is the potion they used on him the first time, but this time he didn't have the protection of Cupid's ring
DREAM SORCERER - Episode 1.05
A disabled man named Mr Berman who kills women by Dream Leaping - the ability to project oneself into others dreams.

Powers
He enters people's dreams by scientific means, and once he is there he has complete control over whoever's dream it is.
When he entered Prue's dream for he first time, he was able to finish her sentences as he was in her conscience and knew her every thought and desire. She also lost the ability to move.

Vanquish
Just before he was about to push Prue off a building in her dream, Piper and Phoebe called out to her to be strong and she was able to use her power in her dream, for the first time, to push him off instead. He got a taste of his own medicine!
